Most simple (and cumbersome) way of loading parameter values and Monte-Carlo ranges is to do it one at a time for one dataset at a time. Note, that if the parameter is meant to be constant you may set min and max values to 0. Method assign_one_parameter() changes value and ranges for the requested parameter and keeps the values of other parameters of the datasets as they are.
