The method sets what has to be variable and what - not in all_parameters vector on per-dataset basis: 1 - for the parameter to be varied in fitting, 0 - to keep it constant. Remember, that (for the variables that are set linked) the last assigned mode will override previously assigned one and default values is 0 (constant).
